George attended the U.S. Naval Academy and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in computer science. He had a successful career in computer management using innovative approaches to solve business and computer problems. An outstanding high school and college athlete, George was co-captain of the River football team and a class officer. He was known for his integrity, sense of humor, friendship, and devotion to family.
