Susan was a French teacher at Rocky River High School, but she earned her living by touching student’s lives. Susan educated her students and taught them about life. She wanted her students to expect a lot from others, to expect more from themselves, to be courageous, and to be determined. Her life lessons were best taught when she battled cancer. She continued to help others when all they wanted was to help her. This scholarship is provided by family, friends, and colleagues of Susan Thibo.
